Services We Provide:  

Income Tax Return Preparation for federal and state returns

• --We offer walk-in services for most basic individual tax needs.   For walk-in service, be sure to bring copies of all your tax documents and any other documents needed to complete your return.  New clients should call before you come to make sure we can accommodate you.
• -- We do NOT offer walk-in services for those who need to upload any documents to the portal.  Once you upload any tax documents and we receive all of your tax information, we will complete the return and let you know when the return is ready for review and signature. 
• --Returns with small businesses, farms, rental schedules, capital gains, etc., will need to be left with us to insure the accuracy of your return.   Depending on the complexity of your return, we may choose to file an extension to make sure we have time to review your information and prepare an accurate return.
• --We do our best to complete your return as soon as possible.

Electronic Filing
          --We electronically file all eligible tax returns and encourage you to have all refunds Direct Deposited into your bank account for faster processing by government agencies.  

State Returns  --We prepare most state returns.  We, however, do NOT prepare Oregon returns due to the state's extra licensing requirements. 

Audit Representation -- We have an Enrolled Agent on staff who is an NTPI Fellow who can represent you in your tax audit or other IRS or state tax matters whether or not we prepared the original return.
